BAND 1
Purchases of items between 0 – 29kg and under 1.2 metres will incur a delivery charge €15.00 within Republic of Ireland. These deliveries are carried out by DPD delivery service and are delivered within 1-3 Working Days.

BAND 2
Purchases of items between 30 – 200kg are too large/heavy to dispatch with courier service and will require using a freight company. You will be charged €15.00 carriage when placing the order which will be subtracted from the carriage fee. We will contact you after placing the order with the carriage fee and we will arrange payment over the phone.

 

OVERSIZED ITEMS
Purchases of items over 1.2 metres (strimmers etc.) won’t be accepted by courier service and will require using a freight company. You will be charged €15.00 carriage when placing the order which will be subtracted from the carriage fee. We will contact you after placing the order with the carriage fee and we will arrange payment over the phone.

 

These products will be delivered within 1-3 Working Day. You must be on site to receive and sign for these deliveries. If you are not available to take delivery please ensure an authorised person is available to do so.
 

FREE INSTORE PICKUP: Goods can be collected from our showrooms in either Drogheda or Dublin.
 

PERSONAL DELIVERY: Large items such as Ride-on Lawnmowers will be delivered by our staff van driver within surrounding areas. Please contact us to see if this is applicable for your location.
 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order, Monday to Friday. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched and detailing your tracking number which you can then check the progress of your delivery online.

 

FAQ'S ON DELIVERY

Where will the goods be dispatched from?
We dispatch most of our goods from our showroom in Drogheda, Co Louth. However on occasion, if we are out of stock of a product we may get it shipped directly from our supplier.

Pre-Delivery Inspection
Pre-delivery inspection or PDI is the term given by manufacturers for the process performed by their dealers to ensure that a product is delivered in full and correct working order. Items (when applicable) go through a Pre Delivery Inspection by one of our trained mechanics before despatch. Items are drained of fuel and oil after inspection and before despatch.

How can I track my parcel?
When your order is dispatched from our premises we will send you an e-mail confirmation which will have the tracking information on it. For larger items on pallets, the freight company will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.

Can I collect my order Instore?
Yes. Please select Pick up Instore as a delivery method and leave a comment which depot you wish to collect from and we will contact you when your order is ready for uplift.

 

RETURN’S POLICY

Prior to dispatch.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch and we will refund your payment on the same day. If however the item has been dispatched we would ask you to return the item to us and on receipt, we will refund your money less delivery costs.

Damaged in Transit.
If your goods are damaged on delivery you have the right to refuse delivery, please inform us of this immediately and we will dispatch another product for you. If they are damaged once opened please inform us of this and repackage the goods which will be uplifted. A replacement product will be dispatched.

Lost/Missing Deliveries.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered and cannot be traced, we will either refund your money or dispatch a replacement. If you later receive the original package it must be returned to us or you will be charged for both items.

Not satisfied with your item.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason - change of mind, wrong size or wrong item ordered, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that it is returned to us in an unused condition in the original packaging and with your receipt. In this instance, we would ask you to cover the postage charges involved in returning the item to us. Once received you will be issued a refund.

Faulty Goods.
If after some time your machine is faulty please contact us immediately and we will assess the problem. If required we will send replacement parts or collect & repair. If the product is covered under manufacturer’s warranty we will cover all costs involved in getting the machine back to us and repaired. If the problem is not covered under warranty we would ask you to cover costs in this instance.
