Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchases from Drogheda Hire & Sales Ltd. However, if you would like to return any we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. To receive a credit note or an exchange you must return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned with your packing slip to this address :

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packing and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach is or perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packing, then your right to a full credit or exchange will be affected. 

 

If returning goods by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. This does not affect your statutory right. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Drogheda Hire & Sales Ltd is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit back to us. If you wish to return goods to our store in person, you will need to have a copy of the delivery docket that accompanied the delivery. Without a copy of your delivery docket, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns in the store.  If you wish to exchange an item please return the item as detailed above and re-order your chosen replacement as normal.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order at any stage of the process, however once you receive an email detailing that your order has been dispatched, your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us and your option to cancel an order will no longer available.

This policy will be adhered to by all employees and Director at Drogheda Hire and Sales Ltd. It applies to all data that the company holds that can identify an individual as stated in the GDPR 2018 and will help us to reduce the risks associated with the collection and processing of personal data. We have invested in GDPR training for our staff and have ensured that every member of Drogheda Hire and Sales Ltd is aware of what is required to be compliant with GDPR 2018.

Website analytics

We use multiple web analytics tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics to collect information.
