Drogheda Hire & Sales, part of AER Rents Group, is a well-established company with almost 30 years’ experience in the plant hire industry. The company’s headquarters is located in Drogheda, co. Louth and a depot located at Long Mile Road, co. Dublin.

With our ever-growing hire fleet and company expansion, we are now looking to add a Workshop Manager to the team. Drogheda Hire & Sales require an experienced Supervisor/Manager to oversee the smooth running of their busy workshop in Drogheda, located conveniently just off Junction 10 of the M1.

Key Responsibilities…

• Responsible for the daily management of the workshop mechanics.
• Organizing maintenance and servicing schedules for plant.
• Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
• Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the hire period so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• Building and developing a strong knowledge of our fleet whilst keeping up-to-date with changes and advancements.

Experience:

• managerial/ supervisor: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Safepass Card (preferred)
• Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)

Salary: Salary depending on experience
